Last Chance House typically maintains its full capacity of eight residents.  Residents share bedrooms and are required to participate in routine household chores including cleaning, cooking, preparing the meeting spaces for upcoming meetings, lawn and outside maintenance.

The beautifully renovated house is well maintained and appointed, and each resident is expected to treat the house and property with respect.  Twelve-step meetings take place frequently inside the house or on the grounds inside the newly constructed Meeting Room, and are attended by men and women from the surrounding communities.  Visitors will be welcomed by the Resident Manager in the general gathering, lounging and meeting areas, but are prohibited from entering any sleeping quarters.
